CAV-I Farm is breeding sport horses that amateurs can have success with in whatever discipline they choose, whether it be jumping, dressage, hunters, eventing or driving. This is the main thrust and goal for me. That's not to say that I don't want a professional rider to be thrilled with the potential/ability that I produce.

Our stallion, Santana was chosen for his bloodlines, "heart", correctness, athleticism and most of all, his wonderful disposition! Santana is a proven sire of foals who have won at USDF breed shows and have had very consistently high inspection scores for 5 years. His foals are athletic, attractive and have great dispositions. The mares in my breeding program are performance mares chosen for their temperament, variety of type, bloodlines, and athletic ability. Their desire to please has been passed down to their foals. My mares cross well with Santana and he definitely stamps his foals.

We have a variety of Santana's offspring for sale out of performance mares whose lines include: Capitol, Consul, Wendepunkt, Quik du Rouet, Usselo and Hatchet Man, Those include green prospects, just started youngsters, unstarted youngsters, as well as a few select older horses with show backgrounds. We also offer three 2008 foals by German sires, all going back to Contender line, and seven 2009 foals. Of those, four are by Santana, and three are out of mares by Santana bred to German sires with exceptional performance breeding.
