On December 14,2009 I had to humanely put down my friend and partner, Santana. He will continue to play a significant part in Cav-i Farm's breeding program through his progeny.
Santana was chosen for his bloodlines,"heart", correctness, athleticism and, most of all, his wonderful disposition! Santana is by Sacramento Son out of the outstanding mare Pik Bube's Lady. His bloodlines combine the best from Thoroughbred, Hanoverian, and Holsteiner lines. Santana is a proven sire of foals who have won at USDF breed shows, USEF Hunter Jumper shows, and USDF Dressage shows. His foals are athletic, attractive and have good dispositions. The mares in my breeding program are performance mares chosen for their temperament, variety of type, bloodlines, and athletic ability. Their desire to please has been passed down to their foals. I have already started to breed Santana daughters with success to impressive German stallions  Balou du Rouet, Nintender, Converter, Quicksilber, Chacco Blue, Sir Shutterfly, Quintador, SIEC Livello, and Stakkato Gold.
